House Manager/ Nanny | Private Estate | Brisbane
A Brisbane based Family is looking for a House Manager/ Nanny to assist between their Brisbane & Noosa homes.
POSITION: House Manager/ Nanny / Cook
LOCATION: Brisbane / Noosa
START DATE: As soon as possible
SALARY: DOE - to be discussed upon interview only!
CONTRACT: Fulltime/ Part time opportunity
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hold a valid WWC (Working with Children)
- Must hold a current AFP (Australian Federal Police Check)
- First Aid & CPR required
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in yachting or hospitality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both children and adults.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the family's busy schedule and changing needs.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Respect for privacy and confidentiality.
- Will be required to sign an NDA
- Must have own accommodation off site
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
- Household Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency,
- Nanny Duties: Provide care and supervision for two teenage boys, including pickup and drop-offs, and transporting them to various activities, school lunches etc
- Healthy Cooking: Prepare nutritious and balanced meals for the family, taking into account any dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Organization: Maintain a tidy and well-organized household, including managing schedules, appointments, and household inventory.
- Household Duties: Keep the properties in a 5 star standard, this will include housekeeping duties and cooking, however a housekeeper is also employed.
- Provide assistance at the family's Noosa property on occasions, ensuring the same level of care and attention to detail.
- Education and Enrichment: Support the boys' educational and developmental needs, assisting with homework and engaging them in stimulating activities.
- Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding the children's schedules, needs, and any concerns.
- Personal Errands: Assist with running errands and other tasks as required by the family
