The position will require a candidate already settled in the Whitsundays.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a recruitment or HR role.
Proven track record of success in managing high-end clientele.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect, understand and relate to people.
Strong computer skills, written and oral communication skills and good understanding of CRM's
A passion for delivering exceptional guest services, attention to detail and a drive for success.
Knowledge of the Australian marine industry & superyacht industry advantageous

Flexibility in roster
Fluency in English a MUST!
Australian and New Zealand permanent residents only need apply.
Salary: DOE + commission %
Roster: Must be flexible, however generally Monday - Friday (weekend and after hours where required)
