An exclusive Boutique Island Resort in the Heart of the Whitsundays is recruiting for a Sous Chef and Comi Chef to join their team on Island.
Nestled on a breath taking private island, the resort is a haven of tranquility and luxury. Surrounded by crystal-clear waters and lush tropical rainforest, it offers an exclusive getaway for travelers.
SALARY: $70 - $85K + Super - DOE
CONTRACT: Full - Time / Live on Island during days on and Mainland on days off
- Previous experience as a Private Chef Preferred
- Easy going, Hard working and Team Player
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Having a willingness to dive in, assist in all areas and offer a calm demeanor
- Presentable, professional and good strong attention to detail
- Looking for someone who would like to offer longevity
A culinary professional responsible for preparing food for guests and executing daily changes. Catering to on island guest requirements and executing meals in various settings
To excel in supervising kitchen functions, independently manage daily kitchen operations, craft, modify, and accommodate menus and dietary needs, uphold food quality and safety standards, and contribute to recipe development and creativity.
